Shipping and Exchange Policy

  Delivering and shipping 



Bagsnalot is dedicated to delivering your orders promptly and securely. We ship throughout the week, except on Sundays and public holidays, using reliable courier services. Our goal is to ensure your parcels arrive in perfect condition and within the specified time frame mentioned for each product.

Delivery Time:

For ready-to-ship items, we typically dispatch within 1-3 working days and deliver within 4-10 working days. Please note that prepaid orders tend to reach you faster than cash-on-delivery (COD) orders.

Occasionally, production delays may occur due to material or manpower shortages. If this happens, we'll notify you via email, WhatsApp, or text about the estimated delivery date.

For multiple orders, we aim to deliver all items in one package whenever possible. If part of your order is ready while others are not, we'll send the ready-to-dispatch items first and the remaining ones as soon as they're available. We value your time and strive to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible.



              Delivery Timing 


At Bagsnalot, items that are ready to ship usually get sent out within 1-3 working days and typically arrive within 4-10 working days. Keep in mind that paying in advance usually means your order will arrive faster than if you pay when it's delivered.

Sometimes, we might face delays in making products due to a lack of materials or staff. If this happens, we'll let you know about the new estimated delivery date through email, WhatsApp, or text.

If you've ordered more than one item, we'll do our best to pack them all together. However, if some items are ready before others, we'll send the ready ones first and the rest as soon as they're available. We value your time and aim to make sure you get your orders as smoothly as possible.

             Delivery area & pin-codes

All products are delivered right to your doorstep.

Bagsnalot ships all over India, including Jammu & Kashmir, and we also deliver to small towns and districts depending on serviceable pin codes. If your pin code isn't serviceable for cash on delivery (COD), we'll ask you to make the payment online since COD might not be available in your area.

If you encounter any issues with this, you can email us at Support@bagsnalot.com with your concern and pin code, and we'll respond within 24-48 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We've received requests from all over the world to deliver our products, and we're excited to do so!

We're currently working on setting up worldwide shipping and will start it soon.

Delivery /courier/ /shipping charges


Delivery or shipping charges are the fees required to send the product to your doorstep (home delivery). These charges are exactly what courier companies charge us, and we don't add any hidden profits or extras. We simply pass on these charges to you.

These charges are not included in the product's price and are added based on the number and weight of the products you order. Our prices include all taxes except for shipping.

For prepaid orders:

When you pay in advance, you benefit by getting the shipment faster and at a cheaper shipping rate.

For Cash on Delivery orders:

Orders where you pay upon delivery require an additional charge compared to prepaid orders. This is because the money is collected later, so there's an extra fee for cash on delivery orders, as charged by the courier companies.

How are delivery charges calculated for multiple units?

The shipping charge is specified separately for each product based on its weight. When you order multiple products, the website adds up the total of all individual shipping charges considering the total weight. So, if you order three products, you'll be charged the total of all delivery charges associated with each product separately. Therefore, the delivery fee is calculated separately for different products in your order.


Mode of payments 

We offer several payment methods for your convenience:

Prepaid Mode:

You can make online payments using various wallets like Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc., as well as UPI, net banking, and credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro). When you check out on our website, you'll be directed to choose your preferred payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Mode:

With cash on delivery, you pay for your order when you receive it. Please note that you won't be able to open the package until you've made the payment at the time of delivery.

WhatsApp Orders:

If you can't place an order on our website or prefer to chat and clarify doubts, you can also order via WhatsApp. Here's how:

  • 1. Send screenshots of the products you want to buy.

  • 2. Specify the details and quantities you need.

  • 3. We'll assist you in choosing the payment method.

  • 4. Provide your full address, mobile number, and email ID for order confirmation when requested.

  • 5. You'll receive a confirmation message on WhatsApp with the estimated delivery time. Since this process is manual, you can keep asking for updates. 6. Please note that WhatsApp orders don't come with tracking unless requested by the customer.

 Exchange Policy

At Bagsnalot, we want you to adore our fun and cute bags from the get-go! But if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry – we've got your back every step of the way because we care about our bag enthusiasts wholeheartedly!


Bagsnalot offers a straightforward 'NO QUESTIONS ASKED' return or exchange policy within 3 days of delivery. We want to make sure your shopping experience is stress-free, so we provide free return pick-ups for your convenience. However, if you have more than one item to return, a charge of Rs.100 will apply for each pick-up after the first free one.

Exchange Process:

If you're not happy with your purchase and want a different color, size, or model, you can exchange it hassle-free. Just email us pictures of the received product along with your reason for exchange at Support@bagsnalot.co.in within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive your request, we'll process the exchange within 24-72 hours.








Return Process:








If you're unhappy with your purchase and don't want to order another item from our current stock, you can return the product for a refund in the form of a Bagsnalot credit note. This credit note is valid for 3 months and can be used on all new collections and future sales. Simply email us the name and picture of the product(s) along with your reason for return at support@bagsnalot.co.in within 3 days of delivery. The refund amount will be credited to your Bagsnalot account as credit points. Please note that we do not offer refunds to your bank account.








Damaged Product Received:








While we maintain strict quality control measures, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a faulty product or an incorrect order, please email us with reference pictures and details of the damage within 24 hours of delivery at support@bagsnalot.co.in for assistance.








Additional Notes:








  • The return or exchange process may take 7-15 working days depending on stock availability and the request raised.

  • Products purchased at a sale price are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Exchanges are valid only once.

  • Items must be unused and have their original tags for returns or exchanges.

  • We can only be reached via email for any issues or inquiries regarding returns and exchanges.
