Once you've paid for your order in advance, you can't cancel it.


Please Note: If you've chosen Cash on Delivery and your order has already been shipped, you can't cancel it. Please let us know within 24 hours of placing the order if you want to cancel it.

Return & Exchange Policy




At Bagsnalot, we want you to adore our fun and cute bags from the get-go! But if you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, don't worry – we've got your back every step of the way because we care about our bag enthusiasts wholeheartedly!




Bagsnalot offers a straightforward 'NO QUESTIONS ASKED' return or exchange policy within 3 days of delivery. We want to make sure your shopping experience is stress-free, so we provide free return pick-ups for your convenience. However, if you have more than one item to return, a charge of Rs.100 will apply for each pick-up after the first free one.




Exchange Process:




If you're not happy with your purchase and want a different color, size, or model, you can exchange it hassle-free. Just email us pictures of the received product along with your reason for exchange at Support@bagsnalot.co.in within 3 days of delivery. Once we receive your request, we'll process the exchange within 24-72 hours.




Return Process:




If you're unhappy with your purchase and don't want to order another item from our current stock, you can return the product for a refund in the form of a Bagsnalot credit note. This credit note is valid for 3 months and can be used on all new collections and future sales. Simply email us the name and picture of the product(s) along with your reason for return at support@bagsnalot.co.in within 3 days of delivery. The refund amount will be credited to your Bagsnalot account as credit points. Please note that we do not offer refunds to your bank account.




Damaged Product Received:




While we maintain strict quality control measures, we understand that mistakes can happen. If you receive a faulty product or an incorrect order, please email us with reference pictures and details of the damage within 24 hours of delivery at support@bagsnalot.co.in for assistance.




Additional Notes:




  • The return or exchange process may take 7-15 working days depending on stock availability and the request raised.

  • Products purchased at a sale price are not eligible for exchange or return.

  • Exchanges are valid only once.

  • Items must be unused and have their original tags for returns or exchanges.

  • We can only be reached via email for any issues or inquiries regarding returns and exchanges.
